I'm Zoe Flannery. I help small-business owners across Queensland get their books in order, and keep them that way.
Why I started ZF Bookkeeping Co.
ZF Bookkeeping Co. was created from a genuine passion for helping small-business owners feel more confident, organised and in control of their business.
I know that running a business is about so much more than numbers. You're busy managing customers, employees, jobs, suppliers and everything else that comes with being a business owner. Bookkeeping can easily become something that gets pushed to the side, until it becomes overwhelming.
I wanted to create a bookkeeping business that felt different. Somewhere business owners could come to for more than just their books being reconciled. I wanted my clients to feel supported, understood and confident that their finances were being looked after properly.
I especially love working with small businesses because I understand how much time, hard work and dedication goes into building something of your own. My goal is to take some of the stress off your shoulders, keep your books organised and give you a clearer understanding of what is happening within your business.
ZF Bookkeeping Co. is built around trust, reliability and genuine care. I believe bookkeeping shouldn't be complicated or intimidating. It should give you clarity and confidence to make better decisions and keep moving your business forward.

Qualifications & memberships
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including the TPB-approved GST/BAS units (completing November 2026)
- Working towards BAS agent registration with the Tax Practitioners Board
- Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)
